ABOUT US
ANI PASTA, which is an establishment of Turkey's investor company ANI BISKUVI Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., started its activities with the production of spaghetti in 2023 in Turkey's industrial city of Karaman.

アヌ・マカロニは、パンからマカロニに至るまで、多くの伝統食品の原材料である小麦と共に、何千年もの歴史を共有しています。デュラム小麦がアナトリアで豊富に栽培されていることは、小麦由来の食品や、トルコでのマカロニ生産が発達する要因となりました。
アヌ・ビスケット食品商工業株式会社は、伝統と近代的な技術を兼ね備えたビスケットやスナックの製造施設をトルコの工業都市カラマンに有し、アヌ・マカロニ製造施設への新たな投資を行っています。これにより、世界の食卓においしさをお届けしています。
中央アナトリアの硬質デュラム小麦から生産されるアヌ・マカロニは、一日に300トン以上の生産能力を誇ります。全てがヨーロッパ製の生産機器を備えた総合生産施設では、全自動システムにより人の手を触れずにマカロニやスパゲッティが生産されます。
アヌ・マカロニの衛生的で味を重視した生産施設では、子供からお年寄りまで、全ての方々の好みに合ったスパゲッティを生産しています。これらのスパゲッティは、8から9分茹でるだけで簡単に召し上がれます。
アナトリア独自のおいしさを誇るデュラム小麦から作られるアヌ・マカロニのスパゲッティは、アヌ・ブランドの他の製品と同様に、皆さまの生活においしさを提供し続けます。アヌ・マカロニで、おいしい思い出を作りましょう。
